How is DocMind different from a regular chatbot builder?

Most bots do one search and hope for the best. DocMind's agent can rewrite your question, search several times, compare sources and verify its answer against the evidence — then shows you the citations. If the evidence isn't there, it says so.

Will my documents be used to train AI models?

No. Your data is only used to answer your own assistant's questions. We work exclusively with AI providers whose API terms prohibit training on customer data.

What can I upload?

PDF, DOCX, TXT, Markdown and CSV files up to 25 MB each, single web pages or whole websites, and manual Q&A pairs or text snippets. Scanned PDFs (OCR) and Google Drive, Notion and Confluence connectors are coming next.

How long does setup take?

Most teams have a working, tested assistant in under five minutes: name it, add a source, try it in the playground, and paste the embed code.

Which languages are supported?

English at launch. Hindi and other Indian languages are on the near-term roadmap.

What happens when I reach my plan's limit?

You'll get a warning at 80% of your monthly messages. At 100% the assistant pauses until the next month or until you upgrade — you're never billed a surprise overage.

Can I get a GST invoice?

Yes. Every payment in INR comes with a GST-compliant tax invoice you can download from the billing page. Add your GSTIN to claim input tax credit.
